Previously, Jason was a Partner at Oliver Wyman, where he led the firm's Financial Services and Digital practices, advising global institutions on digital transformation, fintech integration and value creation, and product innovation. He also led private capital fintech coverage on the West Coast, building deep expertise across fintech market entry, applied AI, and neobank licensing.
At JPMorgan Chase, Jason led fintech strategy and corporate development for Commercial Banking, spearheading strategic investments and M&A. He held prior leadership roles on the Chase Digital and Global Technology teams, driving partner value creation and navigating the complexities of bank procurement and platform launches.
His international experience includes advising Ping An Group in Shenzhen on corporate venture investments and market access strategies for technology firms. Earlier in his career, Jason was a founding member of PwC’s fintech practice, where he served clients across five continents.
Jason is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker on fintech, customer experience, and digital banking transformation at industry conferences, on podcasts, and in the press. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and daughter.
