Jason Zaler is a globally experienced consulting partner and industry executive at the intersection of financial services and technology. He brings a network of fractional experts to market through Presidio Strategies.

Previously, Jason was a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services and Digital practices, where he advised financial institutions and technology firms on digital transformation, technology innovation, and product-driven value creation. He also led private capital fintech coverage on the West Coast, leveraging over a decade of fintech expertise.

Jason has deep experience driving growth, digital innovation, and creating value between global financial services firms and technology providers.

At JPMorgan Chase, he led fintech strategy and corporate development for Commercial Banking, spearheading strategic investments and M&A transactions. Prior to that, he held leadership roles on the Chase Digital and Global Technology teams focused on driving partner value creation and launching new platforms.

His international experience includes working with the Ping An Group in Shenzhen, where he advised on corporate venture investments and led market access strategies for U.S. enterprise technology firms entering China. Earlier in his career, he was a founding member of PwC’s fintech practice, advising clients across four continents.

Jason is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker on fintech, customer experience, and digital banking transformation at conferences, on podcasts, and in the press. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and daughter.
